Opened products cannot be returned after 2 days
The product was purchased within the last 14 days, and you only have seven days if you open the package.
The product must be in the same condition as it was received

You have not used the product
For electronics: You will not be able to return any product you have used.
Changing your mind for no reason
You have the right to cancel your order and you can return under certain conditions and only in certain circumstances
If the package is opened, it will be recovered within... a day
If the package is not opened, you can return it within 15 days of ordering.
Clothes: They are not refundable as long as they are not accompanied by the tag affixed to them.
Other products: If the package or product is in its original condition and includes all its accessories.

Refund
If you receive the product
We will evaluate the product subject to return including its return fee (excluding shipping fees which will be borne by you) and this applies to:
Any damaged or defective product.
Any product you took from us by mistake, whether the error was in the product itself, its price, or delayed delivery.
If you do not receive the product
You are entitled to receive a refund for a product you ordered but did not receive if you cancel your order.
Products that we do not return
You cannot return the following products:
Personal products that a person may not share with another person.
Products that spoil quickly or any product you ordered that has expired.
Opened products after delivery for health protection and hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item after assessing that it does not meet the return conditions and at our sole discretion.
Returned goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning our products to us, so when we send the courier to the address you gave us, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the product in shipping, so we ask that you return the product via postal service or any secure service, and we cannot refund money without proof of receipt.
Return gifts
Sometimes we may give gifts to those who shop from our store, so if you want to return a gift after it has been shipped to you, our compensation to you in this case will be with a balance credited to your account in the store with the value of the gift.
